The leadership team was dissatisfied with the design delivered by a previous agency and turned to us for a fresh perspective. They needed help aligning internally on a cohesive design direction that would better highlight their advanced imaging capabilities while supporting the rollout of their updated brand and messaging. In addition, they required a site that was easy to manage—particularly the resource library—and had a tight deadline: the entire site needed to go live within six weeks.

To address the need for a clear and compelling visual direction, our team moved quickly to define a design language that positioned RapidAI as the industry leader in advanced imaging technology. Through strategic design choices, we highlighted their capabilities while ensuring the updated brand and messaging were consistently reflected across the site. From the outset, we worked in close collaboration with the RapidAI team, aligning stakeholders around key decisions and maintaining momentum toward the aggressive six-week launch timeline. 
One of the core challenges was making the site—particularly the resource library—easy to manage post-launch. To solve this, we implemented HubDB, a flexible content management solution within HubSpot. This allowed the RapidAI team to control content and images through a simple, centralized database view, significantly reducing complexity and streamlining ongoing updates.
